Wrong Item Ordered?
If you ordered the wrong item, email us at info@xcalibercases.com right away. We process orders quickly, so once it's prepared for shipping, we can't make changes.

Wrong Shipping Address?
If you made a mistake with your shipping address, please email us ASAP with your order number and correct details. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it, but a new shipping fee will apply.
