Shipping policy

At X Caliber Cases, we ship to over 200 countries and territories worldwide. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of being placed. During peak periods (holidays, sales events, or product launches), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

All orders ship via standard shipping. Estimated delivery times (after processing) are:

  • United States and Canada: 7–13 business days
  • United Kingdom, France, and Germany: 5–9 business days
  • Australia and New Zealand: 7–13 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

These are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, local postal service efficiency, and other factors outside our control.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders of 2 or more items. Single-item orders are subject to standard shipping rates, which are calculated at checkout.

4. Fulfillment Centers

Orders may ship from our domestic or international fulfillment centers depending on current stock availability and your delivery location. This helps us get your order to you as quickly as possible.

5. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email, sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for the tracking number to become active in the carrier's system.

6. Important Shipping Disclaimers

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are unable to modify your shipping address once an order has been placed. We do not replace or refund orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Order Modifications

Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method, or items in the order. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and before it ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our direct control. If you believe your package is lost, stolen, or missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to open a claim. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages that tracking confirms as "Delivered." If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please check with your local post office and neighbors before opening a carrier claim.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. X Caliber Cases is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
